God This has become a stupid fashion topic
"it makes my boobs look like sausage"
"Well then don't wear that"
"That shirt doesn't go well with your A/B/C/D/E/F/G Cup Lamz0rs!"
Gaile has responded, time for a lock.
Because when someone starts asking
"does this t-shirt make me look fat"
We've reached a stalemate.

Um, can I point out that making clothing as Merch is ALL ABOUT FASHION. I understand if you're male, but a lot of us are also female, and the things we buy are completely dependent on how they look. If they are unflattering on, then no female would buy them, thus Anet has lost money by making merch that no one is going to buy. Seriously, of COURSE it's about fashion.
There is no flaming going on in this thread, just discussion on possibilities for the future of merch. No one is going to buy anything that they won't wear, so this is still a viable topic. Just because YOU don't care what you look like in your clothes, doesnt' mean the rest of the world doesn't.

Can you guys fix this? I don't think we should be excluded from purchasing from you guys just because we don't have penises. Thanks Anet. Fix Asap and you'll get some money from me. Because seriously, those other shirts are totally gross. That's right, the only thing a woman in her right mind WOULDN't buy, is the one thing you guys made in our sizing.

Try being male and knowing none of the hoodies or clothes merchandise will fit you! Anet has done what all companies do and assumed that all men are 6 foot tall and built like brick sh*t houses.
For the record Anet im 5ft 5 and I have a very slim build for a 25 year old. Your size small would be HUGE on me. You do appreciate that there are men in the world who are an XS?
It isnt just women who are expected to fit this ideal size when they go shopping. Men are expected to fit into this ideal "tall dark stranger" ideal who are built like rugby players.
Honestly Pamelf, you should try being a short and slim dude. Its absolute murder trying to find clothes to fit you because every store doesnt have a clue what a size small is.
I can only buy clothes from those few places which sell either an XS or XXS! Atleast as a women, you would get away from wearing a big baggy hoody because tts kinda hot!
But try being a skinny bloke wearing a hoody thats too big for you and you look lame. Especially when you from the North East of england and there is a stereotype that all blokes up here are meant to be "hard".
Anyway I agree! Online stores should have more realistic sizes for clothes. Not just for women, but for men too. Offer XS sizes, so im not paying an extortionate price for something that wont ever fit.
Actually we are talking about the online merchandise like hoodies? or are we talking actual ingame merchants?
Its a bit confusing!

expansion of the merchandise would be great, but I think what Gaile said is true best to dip your toe in the water then and see if its ok to go further.
Nice pic pamelf, but then it may nto necessarily be you a more reliable pic would be one of you playing GW with your character on screen.
My wife would love some of the stuff in store, she particularly likes the Charr top. Personally I'd love some statues in it, ones by Brom would be great

Lol, there you go. My ex picked her for me because she looks like me. :P Except i have a waistline that actually allows me not to break in half when i get out of bed in the morning, and a neck that means I can actually hold my head upright without a broken spine.

Most of the women gamers I know are no larger than a UK 12-14 (US 8-10) and since in the UK plus sizes start at 16 (12) calling them man size is a hell of an overstatement since a UK 14 is 38" bust/chest and 30" waist I mean hell Im a skinny guy and my measurements are a fair bit larger than that. Diddnt include hips snce most (none transgender) men dont have them. Also as someone else mentioned earlier the cut of the sleeve is important to match the contours of the bust, not to mention the fact that most women prefer a fitted shirt over the tents us blokes wear.

Pamelf, your char looks like a freaking giraffe with that neck! Shame that model got through. Your actual pic looks great. Excellent background, and very good posing.
I'd really like the Charr shirt, too, but I fear it'd be too long and ruin the nice printing, by being all crumpled. Well, hopefully better sizes and cheaper prices will be implemented at some point. As it is, I'm taking a pass for now.

Anyone know if the Charr shirt can be shipped to the UK?
Its obviously one of the best shirts i've seen in a while, and is far better than all the european ones put together. I've bought several shirts from the US, but from a diffrent company.
